Shiney Ahuja Behind The Bars, DECLARED!

Shiney Ahuja, Bollywood artist has been offended for raping his maid by a Mumbai court. The Sewri court in Mumbai has verdict the actor to a bare minimum of seven years in penitentiary.


Shiney broke down in court after the decision was being interpret , he will be taken to prison unswervingly from court.

Anupam Ahuja, his wife, who stood by him for almost years during the trial, be seated next to him on the floor reassuring him.

"My husband is innocent," she said.

The episode dates reverse to June 2009, when an 18-year-old young woman working in Shiney's residence as a domestic help filed an FIR claiming that the actor attempted rape to her while they was alone in his apartment building. DNA tests incorrigible the rape.

Shiney at first denied the charge, but afterward acknowledged/admitted that he had sex and it was consensual.

This man had earlier been granted bail by Justice A P Deshpande of Mumbai High Court on October 1, 2009 on a surety of Rs 50,000 on one condition that he would settle in Delhi and testimony to the nearest police station habitually.

The court had lined up few rules for him saying Shiney would be allowable to come to Mumbai only throughout the trial.
